He completed his training and one year of research in general surgery at the University of Maryland Medical Center. His colon and rectal surgery fellowship training was completed at the University of Minnesota.
Dr. Eyvazzadeh is a Fellow of the American College of Surgeons and the American Society of Colon and Rectal Surgeons.
